What happens after my family law arbitration? How do I get the court to recognize the arbitration order?

Both final and interim family law arbitration awards can be confirmed by the court. Family Court Rule 5:3-8.

Arbitration awards can be confirmed by the court by motion on an expedited basis. Family Court Rules 1:6-3, R. 5:4-1.
