Brian C. Lundquist concentrates his practice on Workers Compensation and complex civil litigation, including commercial disputes, high-value estate litigation, and commercial and residential landlord representation. Since joining the firm in 2010, Mr. Lundquist has developed, and emphasizes, an objective-oriented, “no-nonsense” approach to his advocacy, fiercely devoted to securing the best outcomes for his clients.
On behalf of injured workers, Mr. Lundquist and his team utilize every means to ensure that any unpaid wages or medical treatment due his clients are fully and timely provided by their employers. This extends to navigating additional benefits and compensation his clients may be entitled to after treatment, or if an injured worker needs more care in connection with a prior workplace injury.
For his litigation clients, which have ranged from international corporations to individuals, Mr. Lundquist applies nearly twenty years of courtroom experience developed both inside and out of state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York. From outset through verdict, he has skillfully utilized his deep understanding of all aspects of trial work, leaving no matter unattended, with a primary focus on posturing all his clients’ unique cases for success.
A past president of the Sussex County Bar Association, Mr. Lundquist is frequently appointed by the New Jersey Superior Court to assist with estate disputes, guardianship proceedings, as well as other contested matters before the court. Mr. Lundquist has been recognized for his achievements in the law, including being selected as Sussex County Professional Lawyer of the Year by the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law, 2024-2025.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lundquist served as law clerk to the Hon. Edward V. Gannon, Presiding Civil Judge, Morris-Sussex Vicinage for the 2009-2010 term, as well as judicial extern to the Hon. Joel Schneider, U.S.M.J. U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, 2008.
